Kibir Affirms Independence of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Sudan

Khartoum, Nov. 8 (SUNA) - Vice - President of the Republic, Dr. Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, has affirmed the independence of the Judiciary and the Public Prosecution in Sudan.


This came when he met at the Republican Palace Thursday with  Moroccan delegation which is led  by the King’s Attorney General, Mohamed Al-Nabawi, in presence of the Attorney General, Omer Ahmed Mohamed.


 The Vice - President has stressed the existence of strong political will for supporting the justice institutions to fully carry out their roles and to realize justice.


The Attorney – General of the King of Morocco, Mohamed Al-Nabawi has lauded in a press statement the Judiciary and  the Public Prosecution in Sudan.


 He added that the Public Prosecution in Morocco is approaching the second year and is supported  by the Monarch of Morocco, the Parliament and the  people.
