Khartoum, Dec. 7 (SUNA) - The Deputy National Prime Minister, Head of the Economic Sector and Minister of Investment Mubarak Al-Fadhil Al-Mahdi chaired the Sudanese delegation to the Investment and Business Forum for Africa and the World in Sharm El-Sheikh, which is to kick off Friday with the participation of 17 countries and a number of companies and businessmen.
The forum's activities includes meetings between heads of delegations and participating States as well as special meetings on African political, economic, social and cultural issues and other topics related to the COMESA countries. The minister will also hold meetings with businessmen and investors in the COMESA countries to discuss all economic, trade and investment issues and the challenges facing the African continent. The forum will also be accompanied by the African Investment Fair
It is worth mentioning that Sudan participates in the exhibition accompanying the forum with promotional materials that reflect the investment opportunities available in the agricultural, industrial, service, mining, oil and gas sectors and investment laws.
