Khartoum, Feb. 25 (SUNA) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of International Cooperation Al-Tahir Edam has stressed the great concern of the state to the training programs for the capacity building of the cadres of the civil service, explaining that the oriented training results in a balanced development for all citizens.
In his address to the ceremony the ministry organized on the graduation of its staff in the training sessions it made on the writing of reports and minutes, Edam said that the Ministry of International Cooperation has already started to implement several training programs during the past two years in order to raise the capabilities of its employees and the focal points in the relevant ministries.
Edam added that the ministry has been committed to the expansion of aid channels to bring sustainable development in the country in light of its openness to the outside world.
For his part, the Director of Al-Salam Center for Human Resources Dr. Sir- Al-Khatim Tutu said that this session was one of the most important courses that included a lot of basic axes that enable the ministry's staff to deal with foreign aid in a scientific way according to the modern curricula in preparing minutes and writing reports.
For her part, the Director of the Training Department at the Ministry of International Cooperation Amal Mohiuddin said that there were ambitious plans and programs, which were carefully prepared for the training of cadres of the ministry and related institutions internally and externally.
