UNAMID congratulates Government and People of Sudan on occasion of Eid AL-Fitr

Al-Fashir, Aug 18 (SUNA)- The Special Representative of the Joint United
Nations and African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) , the temporary
head of the joint mediation Aisha Mindawodo has sent congratulations to
the people of the Darfur , the Darfur Regional Authority and the
the Government of Sudan on the occasion of the advent of Eid AL-Fitr.
She expressed wishes that, on this occasion, everyone would enjoy good,
happiness and spirit of tolerance that could pave the way to achievement of sustainable stability, peace and development in Darfur, hoping that the occasion to be good in boosting spirit of solidarity between UNAMID
and the community of Darfur so that values of peace, reconciliation and
dialogue to prevail in Darufr in particular and in all parts of Sudan in general.
