Chairman of Justice Party calls on Juba not to involve Higlig area in negotiations in Addis Ababa
Khartoum ,July28(SUNA)_ The chairman of Justice Party ,Maki Balayil , has clearly declared condemnation of his party to the aggressions of the South Sudan State, saying his party could not be neutral in the national issues and not deviates from the truth and justice .
He affirmed necessity to build strategic relations with South Sudan State based on the mutual interests and that his party does not discriminate in this connection between South Sudan government and its people and the aggressive Peoples' Movement towards Sudan .
In an interview with Sudan News Agency the chairperson of the Justice Party has said that solution of the understanding issues is necessary ,referring that the recent aggressions staged by the government of South Sudan against Higlig area has deformed the atmosphere of the dialogue .
He noted that the government of South Sudan should work to resolve the pending issues through the dialogue and respecting the borders of January 1956 according to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA)in Naivasha.
The disputing areas should determine by the Joint Commission for the demarcation of the border and that the government of south Sudan to refrain from involving the area of Higlig or any other area in the conflict as well as withdrawing the nine and ten divisions from South Kordofan and Blue Nile States and the declaration of the two parties to halt supporting the armed opposition against each other.
On the national accord that appeared on the political arena in the recent period he noted that the great challenges that facing the country such as the external conspiracy and the economic crisis requiring the national accord as the first defense line to face these challenges .
He remunerated the basic conditions of the national accord such as the prevalence of the liberties and to rely on a national comprehensive dialogue among all political forces.
