Monir Shieka-Eddin says South Kordofan and Blue Nile need settlement similar to Doha Agreement on Darfur

Khartoum, Aug.20(SUNA)-The Chairman of the Natioanl Democratic Party, Monir Sheikha-Eddin reiterated that the solution of problems of South Kordofan and Blue Nile necessitates taking into account views of all political and popular sectors of the two areas in a way that would meet the aspirations of the stakeholders similar to settlement reached on Darfur issue, a signal to Doha Document for peace in Darfur.

He pointed out in a statement to SUNA that an inclusive conference for the people of the two areas could be organized and that it could be conducted internally.

Shiekha-Eddin revealed a serious trend for enlarging the government delegation to the coming round of talks in Addis Ababa to include the political forces and parties, calling on sons of the two areas to exchange views with purpose of achieving a comprehensive and lasting peace and stability.

He warned those who trade with the issue of the two areas for personal gains at expense of interests of people.

The Chairman of the National Democratic Party expected stability would be achieved within the coming period.
