Minister of Interior affirms keenness to help providing Abyei area with services


Khartoum, August 8 (SUNA)- The Minister of Interior, Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid, has affirmed the keenness of his ministry to cooperate in the field of police work and to conribute to providing humanitarian services to Abyei area by Sudan government.
This came when the Minister of Intwerior met at his office the co-chairman of the joint supervisory committee of the citizens of the area.
The minister said that his ministry understands all issues presented by the joint committee, and expressed readiness to provide all assistances that could help realizing peace and security in the area.
