Sudan Embassy in Washington Issued Statement on allegations of US State Department



Khartoum, June 23 (SUNA) - Sudan embassy in Washington issued, Saturday, explanatory statement in response to the statement issued by the US State Department in which it claimed that Sudan government has repressed the demonstrators over the past few days .
The statement described the US allegations as incorrect, adding that the US Administration itself does not allow its citizens to go out in demonstrations in the streets and public places without prior ratification .
The statement stressed that Sudan respects the rights of its citizens to express their opinions .
