Khartoum, May 19 (SUNA) - The General Command of the People's Armed Forces published in its page today an application for reporting the attacks, crimes and transgressions of the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and documenting the events and scenes of destruction, sabotage and war crimes committed by the rebel militia.
The application is also used to publish announcements and notices to citizens regarding the security situation in Khartoum State, and it contains an explanation of the nature and types of communications and how to work with them. Below SUNA provides the text of the application, and its link:-
About the "Balagh" application
The "Balagh" application is an application dedicated to receiving reports from citizens about attacks, crimes and transgressions of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, and documenting events and scenes of destruction, vandalism and war crimes committed by the rebel militia. The application is also used to publish announcements and notices to citizens regarding the security situation in Khartoum State.
Objectives of the application: 1- Quick reporting of the presence, movements and crimes of the Rapid Support Forces Militia. 2- Strengthening the unity of the people with the armed forces through the participation of citizens in collecting and raising information. 3- Documenting the events and scenes of vandalism and destruction carried out by the rebels in Khartoum State. 4- Publishing notices and announcements to citizens regarding the security situation in the state.
Types of reports: The application is concerned with documenting and filing the following reports: 1- The appearance or passage of armed vehicles. 2- The emergence of snipers or armed soldiers. 3- The presence of a checkpoint or focal point. 4- Looting banks or shops. 5- Soldiers assaulting citizens. 6- Destroying public or private facilities. 7- Soldiers fleeing or hiding. 8- Finding weapons or explosives. 9- Occupation of citizens' homes. 10- Looting or stealing the property of citizens. 11- Documentation of scenes of vandalism and destruction. 12- Other.
