Khartoum, Aug. 22 (SUNA) – The Nile water level recorded at Khartoum today 17.06 meters, which is less than the highest level recorded by the river by 60 centimeters, according to the daily report by the Flood Committee of the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources.

The report pointed out that the volume of water flow of the Blue Nile at the Sudanese borders amounted today to 597 million cubic meters.

It expected stability of the Nile water levels at the sectors of Roseries-Khartoum, Khartoum-Shendi-Atbara and Merowe –Dongola.
