El Geneina, Nov. 16(SUNA) - A joint meeting, which comprised the government of West Darfur state, United Nations agencies and international organizations and which was chaired by the representative of the Secretary-General of the Government, Mohamed Zakaria Mohamed, has discussed issues related to the security and humanitarian situations, challenges facing the agricultural season, as well as issues of  the return of the displaced to their areas in Krindaq and Abu-Zer camps.

In this context, the commissioner of humanitarian aid in the state, Omer Abdel-Karim Ahmed, affirmed that the organizations have resumed their humanitarian activities in full, with the participation of all their employees.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Secretary-General of the state’s government, reassured stability of the security situation in the state, due to deployment of regular forces besides the role of the native administration leaders in solving problems that arise among the components of society.
