Khartoum, Nov.22(SUNA)-The First Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council(TSC), Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, has underscored that every support would be provided to police forces to enable them to carry out their duties with professionalism regarding maintaining security and safety of the people , preventing crimes and heightening the rule of law.
Presenting a briefing to police officers, the TSC Vice-President said the Sudanese police have subjected to huge pressure during the past period and despite that , he explained, the police carried out their duties .
Daglo saluted the police officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers across the country
The TSC Vice-President, meanwhile, said that measures taken on October 25 came to correct the track of the glorious December revolution , referring to the political agreement in which the parties have undertaken to work together to complete correction of the democratic path in a way that serve the country’s high interests , and making the transitional period a success in order to reach to a government elected by the people. ab/ab
