Khartoum, Dec 12(SUNA) - The Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk, met this afternoon, in his office at the Council of Ministers, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Sudan, Ambassador Theresa Loken, in the presence of the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Omar Bashir. At the outset of the meeting, the Prime Minister lauded the positions of the Kingdom of Norway in support of the process of civil democratic transformation, comprehensive peace, reform and economic recovery in the country. The meeting touched on the efforts exerted to form the new civilian government, and the ongoing steps to create a comprehensive political consensus as the main  step for the success of the transitional period leading to the holding of the Constitutional National Conference and the the free and fair elections. The Norwegian Ambassador, on her part, expressed happiness at the return of d. Abdullah Hamdouk for his position as Prime Minister, affirming her country's continued support for the Prime Minister and the Sudanese people in achieving their legitimate aspirations for freedom, peace and justice.  IF/IF
