Khartoum, Mar. 31 (SUNA) - Member of Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Al-Tahir Hajar has got acquainted with performance of Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and the challenges facing it besides the efforts being exerted by the ministry to provide electricity supplies and petroleum products during the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
This came when TSC Member received today at the Republican Palace the Acting Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Eng. Mohamed Abdalla Mahmoud.
During the meeting, Hajar reassured on the situation of electricity and oil supplies in the country.
The meeting affirmed the importance of developing energy and oil sectors in order to increase production and provide reliable supplies and stable service to citizens.
