Khartoum, Oct. 4 (SUNA) –The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) organizes in collaboration with Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) a training course in Sudan in the field of food policy analysis, scheduled for October 5-6 at the premises of AOAD in Khartoum, Sudan.
The training course will be attended by participants from various institutions in Sudan that are interested in the field of agricultural production and food security and related economic policies.
The course allows participants to analyze food policies in Sudan, especially for wheat crop, and the extent to which agricultural production and local consumption are affected by imports from abroad and food support provided by donors in exporting countries.
