Khartoum, Nov. 22 (SUNA) The Director of Africa and Indian Ocean Department at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Christophe Bigot,  affirmed that the French government stands on one distance from all political parties in Sudan, in a way that supports its political and economic stability.

Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, pointed out to the government's strong efforts to achieve economic stability in the country by addressing the effects of economic reform on citizen's livelihood in light of reliance on own resources; He expressed hope that Sudan would find international aid to achieve economic stability and support democratic transition processes, indicating the importance of the international community's assistance to Sudan to promote reforms and support projects to achieve global food security.

The minister discussed in his office yesterday, with the French official the steps taken by the government of Sudan in the field of democratic transformation and ways to reach decisions in the interest of the people and strengthen the peace agreement between its parties in support for efforts for economic stability.

Meanwhile, Mr. Bigot expressed hope that there will be concrete steps to achieve a better reality for Sudan.
