Khartoum, Nov. 23 (SUNA) - The Belarusian Deputy Minister of Emergencies, Alexander Kudolov, and his accompanying delegation visited Khartoum Teaching Hospital Wednesday morning and toured the hospital, where they were briefed on all the services provided inside the hospital.
The delegation also visited the Operations Complex and the Laboratory and Radiology Departments.
The meeting with the hospital’s administration discussed aspects of the cooperation in the training and the equipment, as well as the exchange of experiences between the two countries.
The General Director of the hospital, Dr. Satti Hassan Satti, said that the Belarusian delegation’s visit will be fruitful and will be for the benefit of the Sudanese citizen.
The Belarusian Deputy Minister of Emergencies said in a statement to SUNA that this support is comes from the Belarusian government and people to the Sudanese government and people, and expresses the friendship between the two countries.
It is to be noted that the delegation arrived in Khartoum on Tuesday and was received by the Minister of Culture and Information, Dr. Graham Abdul-Gadir, at Khartoum airport.
The delegation provided humanitarian aid estimated at 40 tons of medical and food items, in the presence of the Belarusian ambassador in Khartoum, Sergey Trentev.
