Khartoum, Dec. 4 (SUNA) - Director General of Police Forces and acting Interior Minister Gen. (police) Annan Hamid Mohamed  has reiterated keenness to preserve professionalism of the police to protect lives and public property through its professional career and its cumulative experiences, relying on the constitution, laws and regulations through a well-established police that worked impartially in all eras in order to preserve the country and its legacy.

This came during his speech on the occasion of the celebration of the Sudanese and Arab Police Day, which coincides with the first of December, and which comes under the slogan “Together towards Safe Society”, indicating that the Sudanese police have been working according to strategic plans to protect the lives and property of their citizens and will not fail to perform their duty along with its multiple police services through various specialized departments.

 The Director General of the Police Forces called on all society's components to turn this year's slogan “Together towards Safe Society” to concrete reality for a crime-free society.
