Khartoum, Jan.30(SUNA) – The Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo left today to  the Republic of Chad on one-day official visit  in  response  to an official invitation  from  President of the Transitional Period  in Chad, Mohamed Idris Deby ,

 He was accompanied by Director of the Neighboring Countries Department at Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Abdelaziz Hassan Salih  and Director of the External Intelligence Department at General Intelligence Service(GIS).

He was seen off at Khartoum airport by the TSC Secretary-General, Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Yusuf.

The visit of the TSC Vice President and   his accompanying delegation to Chad came to discuss the close bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of strengthening and developing them and in a way that serves the common interests of the two people.

Daglo will hold talks with the President of the Transitional Period in Chad on security and political files as well as issues of borders and terrorism.
