Khartoum, Jan.30 (SUNA) – The Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu, will address the opening session of the 3rd annual speech on the IGAD region state , which begins on the first of February and runs for one day.
Dr. Simon Nyambura , will deliver also a speech entitled the IGAD region state , and through the session, the Council of Eminent Persons of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development is launched and the Executive Secretary concludes the annual speech session with press interviews.
