Khartoum, Jan. 31 (SUNA) - The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General, Yassin Ibrahim Yassin, received in his office today the Egyptian Ambassador, Hani Salah, and the Egyptian Military Attaché, Brigadier Hossam Alawi.
The minister congratulated the new ambassador on the occasion of assuming his duties at the Egyptian Embassy in Khartoum, affirming the deep-rooted relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Egyptian ambassador expressed thanks for the warm reception he received from the Minister of Defense and his advisors, stressing that every effort would be made to continue advancing the relations between the two brotherly countries in all aspects that support their interests.
