Khartoum, March 16 (SUNA)-  Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Al-Taher Abu-Bakr Hajar, got acquainted with the progress of the implementation of the border agreements signed between the border states with the neighboring countries.

During his meeting today in his office at the Republican Palace, Hajar briefed the Acting Minister of Trade and Supply Amal Salih Saad, on the challenges facing border trade during the past period.

The Acting Minister of Trade and Supply said in a press statement that there are no major obstacles regarding the border trade, noting that it is necessary to renew the agreements between the Ministry of Trade and the Governors of the Border States.

Ms. Amal pointed to the importance of registering border trades to enable the signing of protocols between the governors of the Border States and their counterparts in neighboring countries in order to activate border trade and the flow of goods easily and conveniently in the next stage.
